Dental Billing Service & Dental Business Administration Phone Support

There is no formal training in dental insurance claims support, dental office business administration, or dental billing service.  There are very few dental billing courses available. For a monthly subscription, we are a dental billing company that can  provide you with phone support and work with your office manager and front office personnel. We are a perfect fit for new employees or team members that may need support in claims submission, insurance account set-up, drafting narratives, advise in claims management, guidance in systems for accounts receivable management, as well as, other advise or suggestions with front office administrations. Our program is $100 per month and includes the following:

1. claims processing and insurance accounts set-up,

2. financial practice management forms and systems,

3. accounts receivable management guidance which includes systems and protocols

4. general dental billing questions (15 minute increments, limit once per day)

5. 10 calls per month, each additional call is $50/30 min

Reoccurring payment for $100 will be charged on anniversary date until notified via email by subscriber of termination of service notice. Once we receive the notice, immediate termination will take effect when the month finishes. No refunds will be given for service paid regardless of usage.
